Bad services , rude people.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.First of all they arrived 5 hours late, at 7 oclock at night. They arrived with the wrong truck (a smaller one) and they end with breaking my TV and Destroying my office and damaging the salon...I called them and sent an email complaining about that..but no answer yet...Very very bad service...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.First of all they arrived 5 hours late, at 7 oclock at night. They arrived with the wrong truck (a smaller one) so they couldnt fit my bigger appliances and then proceeded to blame me because I had more stuff than planned, which wasnt the case. Moving on, they obviously had to come back the next day because they started late and because of that, they charged us EXTRA for coming back a second time. Even though it was entirely their fault for being late. You would think it would end here, but nooooo, they ended up breaking one of the furnitures and when I called to complain about it they said thats how they pick up furniture and if it breaks its because the furniture is old and its not their fault (their exact words). They then proceeded to lose a bag of screws for my bed frame and I had to buy some myself and for the cherry on top: they refused to bring my fridge in my new appartment until I paid their extra fee that was due to their own fault. They were going to leave it outside in the street.Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with any company ever, not only a moving company. It ended up costing me 1400$ for a simple move from one house to another, when it was supposed to cost 600-700$. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR SURE!!

This moving company found the right way to steal money using their business as an excuse.They just need to give you a lack of information on their rate and hidden fees .Then you would have to pay for their inefficiency.

This service isn't professional at allThey broke the tv and the office drawer .it has been more than a month I sent an email complaining about that and til now no answerNot recommended

Please stay AWAY from this company. The service is HORRIBLE. They will give you a bill with a certain amount and later demand a different amount. You have been warned...

I am THRILLED with this moving company! I had three amazing movers (Jean,Éric and Jeff) and the whole move went like a dream! They were hard-working, pleasant, and eager to help me at any moment (they are certainly worth their weight in gold!!). I have used other movers in the past andhave had real horror stories to tell. With this company; my move went quickly,efficiently, and most importantly... STRESS-FREE!!I cannot stop telling people just how lucky I was and how wonderful this company is. Arrivée en retard de leur bloc d'heures prévue, arrête au dépanneur entre les 2 allées alors que c'est écrit aucune pause. Sac pour matelas plein d'eau, boite garde robe avec poteau trop gros rien accroche dessudMême si je dis que le plancher est abîmé on demande de payer la totalité du versement, avant faire ma réclamation voilà que ma tv 50 pouces de un an, a été cognée et donc ne fonctionne plu,sécheuse et lavause poquée, plancher scratché et pas a juste a un endroit, après avoir réussi a parler a quelqu'un apres 3 msg et plusieurs appelson m'annonce SANS CONFIRMATION ÉCRITE que je vais avoir des nouvelles dans 8 semaines ????? Cela date du 16 juinJe veux quelque chose par écrit d'officiel, qui confirme avoir bien envoyé la demande De réclamation mais aussi qu'ils ont recu Vidéo et photos .Je trouve cela désolant .780$ le prix que ça m'a coûter première fois que je me payais des déménageurs j'ai juste envie de pleurer
