Echo Health is the definition of care. To be honest, I am speechless.I came in to get my covid test because I had to travel to get to my family in Europe who escaped the war in Ukraine. Not only was the nurse gentle, caring and compassionate, but I later received a call from the owner who provided so much support! This, in the midst of the pandemic when all healthcare workers are overworked and burnt out! I cannot thank you enough!

I was super confused about whether I needed a Covid test for my upcoming trip. I wanted to be sure. Andrew went out of his way to help me navigate the links to get my answer. He even contacted me at 7pm, well after work hours, to see if I was ok.As an older person, I often struggle with the Net, so I feel really grateful and relieved that I achieved clarity with the help of a kind younger person.
