Mondev has 0 empathy for tenants around its numerous construction sites whose teams are currently going against the city bylaws, construction times and peoples right to peace at night.

I've been here at Zenith Apartments for more than a year and I love the building, it's always clean, the people keep the building clean and they're very good people. It was definitely the best decision we could make! I use the gym a lot, it's very complete!

I’ve been in their units for almost a year now. The Units are nice and new but the management offers poor customer service.When there’s an issue, it’s very difficult to contact the property manager Marisa. She rarely responds to calls or texts and when you’re describing the issue she always seems to be in a rush like she doesn’t care.I wouldn’t recommend.

My wife and I are very happy with our decision to buy our new home built by Mondev. The sales representative Robert and the service from our first visit and right up to move in date and beyond has been very professional and excellent. Any service requests sent are responded very quickly. We would highly recommend Mondev to our friends and family. Thank you for the great experience as a first time homebuyer.

I just wrapped up a two-year stay at Mondev Zenith apartment. The location is a winner - a 10-min walk to the always lively Place des Arts. The apartment's design is sleek and modern, yet welcoming. The management was always responsive- any time I needed something fixed, they were on it. Can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a place in Montreal.

I’ve lived in this rental for over 2 years now, they have really bad customer service, When you contact management for an issue, Alexander and Joyce H. are never empathetic, they barely listens to understand, you will end up with a headache rather than a solution. I WONT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Just had a 2nd visit with Steven and this place will truly be the spot ! The units are top tier when it comes to appliances and look. The common areas can’t be beat. With the placement of the pool and the 4 terraces. The indoor gym is fully equipped. Honest opinion is a 9.5/10 for all that it offers.

Been living at Zenith and must add, I have had the best rental experience ever from our manager, Wes, the nice lady in our office sometimes and our great security,! They care and always get back to you. I would definitely only recommend a Mondev Property! Thanks for everything and making it truly feel like a home.
