le coulis blanc 00 n'est pas blanc du tout, un packet va sortir avec un ton jaune et l'autre vert, résultat des beaux joints de couleurs différents sur le même mur... pas fort ! aussi les indications disent de commencer le nettoyage entre 15 et 30 minutes après application. au bout de 20 c'est déjà presque plus nettoyable.

It is an Italian company, thus their intention are always good… unfortunately, their R&D is average and the products are a miss and a hit, unreliable for most parts. When they say something sets within a period, but in reality, it is double the time, something is wrong with their claims and or products consistency. More than once, I have been let down with different products from MAPEI. Mainly, they should stick doing cement glue for tiles and nothing else, as only with that type of products I had satisfaction with MAPEI.

J’ai acheté du coulis Frost #77 gris pour céramique blanche. La couleur sort rose et non grise et la compagnie se dégage de toute responsabilité. Un dossier qui traîne depuis maintenant 1 mois. Je suis déçue du produit et du service médiocre!

I bought the Avalanche grout, within 1 week...it turned yellow and created discoloring. the 10k job looks as if i had my tiles for 10 years already. Called Mapei 6-7 times, left voicemails and no one bothered reply back, including Joe from Customer Service. This gives you an Idea of how much they care and manage expectation towards clients.

Very disappointed with this company. We chose their epoxy grout for our bathroom renovation because we were told that they offered quality products that offered a great colour consistency, however, this is not the experience we had. We unfortunately ran out of grout during the renovation and had to purchase a second batch of grout to finish the work. The product purchased was the exact one and the exact same colour both time, however, the second batch turned out much darker than the first one. We tried to fix the problem using a grout refresh, which turned out to be a failure as well.We contacted Mapei for some help and they told us there is no way to insure colour consistency from one batch to another, and that two batch of product cannot be exactly the same. That all the product should be purchase from the exact same batch or it might look different. So I guess you cannot really rely on their product of colour swatches.They told us it's impossible to replicate the colour of the first batch and we should perhaps colour the entire wall with grout refresh (a 9 x 25 foot of mosaic tile) if we want the colour to be the same.So I guess the grout refresh they are selling to match their grout colour can't be trusted either.Pretty disappointed with their answers and their failure in proving us with any advice or solution.
