32 days after the purchase of a $325.00 used fridge, it failed.They offer to look at it and said “most repairs are at least $100.00 and you probably don’t want to spend that on a used fridge”.Well I took a chance and they took my money, I have go buy a new fridge.BUYER BEWAREAfter your response..NO you Said you could look at it for $100.00.My refusal is to give you any more money for a 32 day old refrigerator. You didn't even offer a discount on a replacement, AND I didn't know until just now the fridge was was 15 years old. (Not like it matters just keeping facts straight)Defend your self all you want I was taken for a fool cost me money and I have learned.Thank you for teaching me to never shop with you again.The day after.Impressive how after I posted a bad review (also your 1st) how quickly your friends and family fire back 5 star reviews.... just more smoke.

I own 4 apartment buildings and jt has been supplying me with quality used appliances for all of my tenants for the last 18 months and I have never had an issue They also gave me next day delivery at a super price and the service was amazing. I bought my lg stainless fridge from Leo back In march. It looks like brand new and works great. And it was half the price of others that I looked at. I would highly recommend them

I purchased from here some time ago and the service was exceptional in the beginning. The product failed and there was no support after and we were just out the money.A very similar experience to another review I just saw on here. I do also find it funny that there were no reviews for all the time I chose not to leave one and now they're are a bunch of 5 star within days of the negative review being received. Mine is too old now to worry about, but I strongly suggest you improve your customer service and if not I strongly recommend to potential customers, that you shop elsewhere.
