I experienced a very helpful person at this wreck-yard recently. I was looking for a small part for my 2002 Honda Civic and it was a cold day but the employee told me I can get the key to one of his cars and take the part I needed. He let me know right away he had a similar model in his wreck-yard. I asked him how much it was and he told me it's free and not to worry about it. Great experience

I connected with Max Winkler from J&B recycle and he went above and beyond what anybody would do to find me the part that I needed and I just can't thank him enough for finding the part and it wasn't even sold through their company he found it on eBay again outstanding service will definitely go to him again if I need any other parts that I can't find!!!

We recently had an attempted break-in of one of our vehicles, resulting in some driver side door damage. Max at J&B was on holiday with his family and still got the job done for us! Whenever looking for car parts, I would highly recommend these guys!

Can I give 5+++ Rating.Lost the small yellow cap of my son's windshield fluid reservoir. The Ford's Parts store wanted $46.00 to order the cap. Even the clerk was surprised at the cost. The small cap was for a 2016 Escape. Drove to J and B to see if we might find a cap for sale. Minutes later we were gifted the cap. So very grateful. Don't take your business anywhere else.

I highly recommend J and B auto wreckers, Max was very polite and professional when dealing with him. We needed a seat belt tensioner for a customers vehicle we were working on. Another auto wrecker had us waiting weeks for a part that was “no good” after waiting all that time I called max, he shipped it Friday and I got it Monday morning all the way in Calgary Alberta.Thanks!

I took a chance stopping in at J & B Auto Parts today... 'Max' the customer representative wasted no time in helping me find one of those nuisance parts that went missing from the interior of my 2010 Journey — on a national holiday when most businesses are closed!I know it's not always going to be only 5 minutes to help everyone, but I sure appreciated the favour Max did for me today!
