Horrible experience in todays' on-line shopping for Mugler collection . i was ready with my bag, the bank cleared the transaction the the site always rejected it, what a waste of time and services extended by H&M upon calling Customer service.

Iam disappointed in not being able to speak to a live person from that location to which you would be shopping.No direct phone line at that location, just a customer service line in which are not even willing to connect to anyone.Hiw can I personally check with in that store to see if they have that product or size or selection.There is no more direct sales personal people answering other that customer service.This is no severe, service is direct people talking with people getting all customer experience.Not on lineShow some where else where I can get person direct person to person experience

One store is pretty much the same as the next, only difference is location and staff. No matter which location I'm at, staff has always been friendly, and always willing to help, never had any issues. I'm definitely an H&M shopper, they seem to cater to me in terms of fashion and sizing. I recommend becoming a member, you get great discounts.

I don’t like H&M in general but I expected more from their Yorkdale location.There is no H&M home section...And the selection is surprisingly limited in comparison to their downtown locations.It’s also disgustingly crowded at all times. This high volume of customers paired with a sub-par layout makes navigating this store an absolute nightmare.I left as quickly as I could

Very busy location. They have a good selection as it's one of the bigger stores, though sizes are quite limited especially xs and smalls.

This H&M location in Yorkdale Shopping Centre is extremely big. There are three floors in total. However, the third floor is a little small compared to the other two. The third floor is where the children's clothing is located. We came here specifically to find an interactive shirt for our 5 year old daughter. They didn't have her size, but we purchased a size bigger. Paper bags are 15¢. Overall, a good location with children's clothing.

Personally witnessed one of the male staff members treat a FEMALE customer as male, referring her to the men's section when she was looking for a different size of a top she found in the women's section. I heard him specifically say, Oh

Unprofessional and rude management at this location. I am so disappointed at lack of customer service, is it because I’m different… HM is this how you treat your customers? You need better training for those you put in management positions, as some are not equipped to be in such a role, if they can’t handle basic costumer services.

Oh boy where do I begin? Today my wife and I went to this store and we arrived 5 mins before store opening time. A door was just opening so we entered this store. A store manager saw us and asked us to leave rudely and told next time not to enter before store opening time. We only entered because the door was open. She told all doors should open for us to enter. Okay, what is the point of being rude? Was it a big mistake? Did we shoplift? She could have politely told the same thing. What was the need to spoil our mood first thing in the morning . Never going to this store again.
