Food is decent. What you'd expect from Taco Bell. But, I went in to place my order and stood for almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me ! I could see two staff working but neither acknowledged me. The man behind me was also wondering what was going on as we had been standing so long. Not very good service! At least acknowledge customers and tell them you will be right with them!

Originally rated 4 stars, but changing to one because of your stupid policy of only allowing separate orders with promos if there are multiple people in the car. Even after insisting the 2nd order is for my brother, was told I can only do it if I would drive home, pick him up, and then have him in the car with me. Was a regular who spent $40 a week there, but not coming back now. There's another competing chain that's only a little more expensive and tastes WAY better anyway.

I would imagine they may have just nicely opened up, and the tables were dirty. The wheelchair accessible button on the door wasn’t working! When I had to eat was fine.

This is the first taco bell I've visited. The staff was very sweet and kind. The food was served warm and it was quite enjoyable.The place was clean with lots of seating areas.

Drive through is a mess, can barely fit my car through, I ordered the vegetarian options racking up to 50$ish, and repeatedly told them to please make sure it’s vegetarian since I can’t eat the meat due to religious restrictions. Once I get home I take a bite and it’s straight up haram meat, we drive back (with the food) for a refund since we are disgusted and don’t feel like eating, but they refused to refund and said that they could only exchange it for the veg options.

Placed an order on the Mobile app at 10:30 pm, wasn't allowed to pickup my order in the lobby. When I went in the drivethru, a lady was in front ordered the entire menu. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes, the food was cold and there was no meat in any of our food, just lettuce.

it's taco bell, not fine dining upper class, but it's nicest taco bell iv been to in yrs. cuz it's new. giv it time, ppl will wreck it cuz its nice. very nice place tho!

The food was average, the tacos were a bit too salty, their hot sauce wasn't hot at all. Their cinnamon twists tasted a bit weird, like the frying oil wasn't replaced for a while. The atmosphere was classy.

I do not expect gourmet food from taco bell, but this place has been incredibly disappointing. I've visited several times since they've opened and they've never managed to get an order right. Second to last visit I received a miniscule burrito with less than half the toppings of the other burrito in the order despite being the exact same item. Last visit was the deal breaker, we ordered about six meals for a group and were missing random items from every single combo. Absolutely disgraceful service, will not be returning.
