I ordered for a double buddy today with JUST meat and cheese. Nothing else. It cames with e everything on it.So I asked for change and (McDonalds when it happens they don’t touch anymore, they do a new sandwich and you can stay with which they did wrong) I tought it was right and I found SAUCE in the Hamburguer.This is disgusting. They took my old hamburger and put in the new bread.I hated. See the images attachedTerrible.Ill never come back here anymore.

I don't like how it takes too long to get a table around the bar and to get it cleaned up. The waitress is slow but very polite when doing their greeting.

Very fast service. I was here during peak lunch rush time, yet I only had to wait in line (a rather long line) for a few short minutes. I had my drink and meal in hand before they even passed me the receipt.

So I decided to try the beyond meat burger. I guess it is not my cup of tea. Because I found the burger was quite bland. The patty tasted like cheap meat(like it was trying to imitate beef-which ironically is why I wanted to try it). After eating, the beyond burger, I ordered a mama burger to see if it was just me or the burger. But I clearly enjoyed the real beef more.

If you want to close at 8:45 then you should change your hours of operation. The mall closes at 9 pm. Not 8:45.It has been a long time since I've had a positive experience at an A&W. I think corporate should really rethink who they give franchises to or whoever manages their stores because every time we go, we regret it.

Absolutely horrible experience disgusting food and poor customer service.I ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich combo with a poutine instead of fries and a buddy burger on the side. She asked the back if there was poutine and they said no. Then she asked about the buddy burger and also received a no. A little annoyed I asked what they did have to eat and she went to ask and they replied with buddy burgers….. isn’t that what I just asked for.I sat down and my buddy burger was filled with mustard (even on top of the bun) barely any ketchup and a chunk of mayo under the burger.The worst part is there were maybe ten pieces of burnt soggy onions and one tiny chunk of lettuce. I was disgusted.Worst experience and food EVER

In the onion, rings at this location were absolutely disgusting. I ordered onion rings with my meal but when I received it and actually tasted it felt like it was refried so it was very hard. I returned it back to the server and she gratefully gave me a new one with the same problem. The onion rings are also full with oil and it was not drained properly from the fryer. I've had a&w onion rings at different locations and never had this problem. This is the food court location but still the quality should be up to par with the rest of your locations.

20min wait for food. 1 cashier. Was there at 3:13pm today. Poor Management.Combos don't include drinks like all other restaurants. They charge you for the drink seperatley. 3:13pm staff was fooling around in the back and made one girl work at the front, meanwhile there were 3-4 employees in the back just yapping.
