Budget was able to help us out last minute when we experienced car trouble on the way to Tofino. Reasonable prices, very friendly staff and they were able to pick us up from the garage where our car was being repaired.

As a regular customer I am really dissatisfied with the recent service. Shuttle failed to pick me up from a location 3 min away, had to scramble to get my rental before closure. front staff was very dismissive when I raised the issue and gave me a car different than what I ordered. I have used this service many times and it is only getting worse.

Not very happy with their service The manager yes he was fine great but the fellow I dealt with when picking up my rental not so much. But my main concern is that i have returned my rental almost 10 days ago and have still not got my security deposit back yet nor any explanation why they are keeping it. This is not acceptable
