Edit-Had some tailoring done and it turned out good. 1-3 starsEven though I'm a returning customer, they wouldn't give me my measurements. My friends just got theres done here last week for the same reason as me and somehow the store policy changed from a couple days ago.

Silky spent over an hour with me trying on ties and recommending different ones while I tried on about 20 outfits. Incredibly patient, caring and truly wanted the best for me. Cannot say enough good things. Will always be back. Amazing customer service. 10 stars, Silky!!

We made an appointment for a wedding suit fitting 3 weeks in advance and did not have the experience we wanted. Instead of having a dedicated staff member to help us, she kept leaving to help other customers. She did not seem to have a good knowledge of the products, their availability, or the rental program for our groomsmen. The store was in disarray and even if we decided to get our wedding suits from here, I don't trust that it would actually work out. If you want a good experience trying things on, with a dedicated assistant to help you and answer your questions, don't come here!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jessica at Moore's in Kelowna. She is so helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I take forever to make a decision. She knows style as well as knowing all about the alterations that might be needed. Earlier this month, she just helped with my son's grad too which started off as a bit of a gong show with his changing style" ideas around "what goes with Air Jordan's". Again

Incredible customer service. Moores went above and beyond to ensure their promises were kept. One day before the wedding they didn't have two of our suits and they put someone on a plane from Toronto to hand deliver them in person to us in Kelowna. Everyone looked incredible. I highly recommend this business.
