worst people to buy coffee or even start your day with. they will dissapoint you EVERY TIME.i made a call before going in to make sure they dont come up with excuse. went there. placed order for vege bowl. what they gave me is 1/3 of the actual serving that all other locations do. im going into consumer court and im going to make sure they get treated accordingly

Almost every time this location forgets something in my order or doesn’t seem to pay attention when I am ordering. Sometimes I realize I don’t have my hash brown or a sandwich until I get home and at that point I don’t feel like returning and not going Tim Hortons at all. This trend has been picking up in other stores and the overall quality and atmosphere has diminished because of it.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Everytime the do something with the order, sometimes they forget to add all the items.There is one lady who makes wraps and food stuff, she doesn’t wear hairnet. I found hair in my wrap 2 times.The other day I ordered small french vanilla, they gave me just water in a cup.

I must say I was impressed by the service with hygiene which I received by a server at this location. She was an older lady, and she was polite, paid attention to detail. Despite the place being busy, she took her time to get my order right, and when she spilled my drink all over the lid and counter.. she actually wiped the counter right away and changed the order, wiped the lids again . I was expecting as usual to receive the dirty lids with the drink but not this time.. thankyou! She deserves the recognition.

Tim hortons is same everywhere but what makes the difference is the staff. The staff here is rude. If you can not handle the busy hours, then might as well sit at home or work at less busy hours and don’t be rude with customers. Never going back here.

Worst Tim Horton in Canada I have ever been to.....they give half the quantity, When I asked they said they give 12 pieces of potato wedges in one bowl and when I count it was only seven shame on you guys for doing this cheap business.
