Ownership and management change. Terrible food. They barely put much toppings. Most of the time I taste dough 80%. Frozen pizzas are better quality than this place.

I asked them to make well done pizza and they burned it. In the deal of the day options i just requested them to replace green pepper with green olives, the current staff said NO, i have been ordering from last 4 years from this store and have got a single topping replaces always, the previous staff always helped me. The current staff is arrogant, unprofessional, see the pics. Does the well done pizza look like this ? NO, they burned it.

The worst experience ever. I found a white hair in pizza and called restaurant November 10th 2:20pm. A woman named sasha? Idk she talked to me very annoyingly and never apologized for what happened and said, “I’m not working here so I don’t need to apologize”. What do you mean by that? Why are you picking up the phone calls then? Very rude. she should not pick up customers phone call. Better stay home.

We just picked up pizza this location. One of the pizza was half cooked. I called and the manager was extremely rude to me. I have picture of the uncooked pizza and taped conversations from the rude manager. This pizza is not edible and he would not even replace the pizza. When my son took this pizza back, the manager was so rude and he said he can eat a pizza like this

Pizza hut quality is good. Ingredients are fresh but somehow the taste isn’t there.Otherwise this place is good.Dine in has only 2 tables, that’s an L.

Been coming here since my days in high school, the main thing that this Pizza Hut has going for it is the consistency as through out the years, the quality, taste of the pizzas has stayed pretty good.

I'd ordered pizza for delivery stating that it should be well done and asked to get three extra dips and the payment method was card upon delivery. But when the delivery driver showed up he insisted that his machine is not working and he only wants cash so I had to arrange cash for him and he did not even bring the dips I ordered.

Decided to eat here. After leaving the disgusting Mr. Greek next door, the place was clean enough not at its best, but it was okay. The bathroom was filthy service was okay. Food was good. I would eat there again The only thing that I didn't like was we ordered a large pizzas and they had none available at dinner time which forced us to have personalized pizzas which was more expensive. Of course, who runs out of large pizza dough right at dinner time. Downtown Toronto is not exactly my favorite place but it definitely has been more run down over the years. Have to say quite disappointed in business service in cleanliness of 90% of businesses in Toronto in the downtown core

While the service is pretty good at this location and I’d rate it really well, I most enjoy how great the pizza crust at Pizza Hut is. That base is just so well made and serves as the perfect foundation for whatever topping you chooseI like the BBQ chicken but any other one will do.
