Brutal service, delivery driver obviously damaged package, don’t know why the appliance was getting unboxed outside 5 minutes before I was arriving there unless they clearly damaged it then said another would be ordered and delivered the following week and were gone before I got there.Took the day off work the following Monday, no one showed, called their office said I would get a call back; nothing. Called a week later said they aren’t authorized to order new appliances, never got called back once again, Joke of a delivery company, finally received item a month later

I called the first time to ask for a package to be picked up at my business in Qualicum Beach, and be delivered to a repair shop in Courtney. I was given a quote of $22 and told the package would be picked up by 3pm the next day. I waited all day for the package to be picked up, and when I called them back at 3:30 I was told that they dropped the ball and forgot to put the order through". No big deal

Lowest price to ship anything anywhere and they have a pay on delivery policy. Outstanding!

In a couple of calls recently to this company we requested a pickup in Qualicum Beach going to Powell River. Nothing out of the ordinary. The receptionist was extremely rude both times. She indicated we needed an account set up before we proceed and would send an email link. No link was ever sent. We are done with Ace. Disaster was narrowly averted by UPS.

I've been using ACE Courier for over 3 years for all my business freight, and every so often there would be a slight mishap, minor damage etc but nothing so bad that I couldn't still use. That was until yesterday.I had a railing order picked up from my supplier in Langley but only half the order arrived in Nanaimo. When I spoke to the depot they didn't know where the rest of my order was. The missing pieces of the order finally showed up the following day, but they were badly damaged and unusable. Items that were clearly labeled 'Fragile-Handle with Care' most definitely were not handled with care.This damage has now cost me $1300 to replace, plus my time and further delays for my client for whom the railing was for.I will now be using a different carrier for all my freight from now on.

Mark came to my door with the package 3 times. Each time he would call me and leave a message with his number. At last when I was home I picked the package, didn't have cash and he didn't have the machine with him, he called the company and paid over the phone within a minute

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They knowingly delivered on my porch a parcel that is damaged and stinks of rotten fish (a fishing rod and a package of bait contained together in a cardboard tube, that was crushed by a forklift). Dumping garbage on my property is illegal. And now I am the one who has to pay to go dump that stinky refuse. Thanks to Google reviews, now the whole world knows what you are, A C E Courier Services: an illegitimate enterprise, that has absolutely no respect for its clients. A twelve -year-old kid with average intelligence would have known better than to do what you did. I have written this review for the Nanaimo location, which is the closest to where I live. If it is another ACE location that is guilty of that offence, then the representative of the Nanaimo branch can just reply here, and tell us which location committed the offence. I will then remove my review, and re-write it for the right location. It is just another sign of unprofessional conduct to not have a business address on the packing slip left at my residence.

Let your drivers know that respecting traffic laws, and refusing to stack an intersection isn't grounds for them to flip out.

We have used Ace for many years both Karen and Frank's customer service is second to none! They are quick and reasonably priced in comparison to other courier services including, Canada Post.

After using ACE for 2 years and always taking care of paying them promptly. They severely damaged 3 large railing sections, I followed all of there protocols and filled out the paperwork they requested as well as photographic evidence. They gave me the run around for 5 months, they did not return phone calls like they said they would. After I finally chased down the right people and explained my situation they didn't deny the damage they said they could only offer me a $100 compensation. The cost for me to replace the product was $1500 not including my time wasted and the money lost while waiting for the replacement. I even paid to ship the product twice. Still they denied me....See you in court
