I've spent a lot of time and money at this business over the years, and it has always been worth it. The customer service is fantastic. The owner and his crew are always happy to help, have an extensive knowledge of any games, consoles, movies, or music you may be looking for, and are always fair with their prices. I recently bought an N64 for my boyfriend here, and I could not be happier. The staff helped make sure I had all of the parts needed, let me hook everything up to one of their Tv's to be sure everything was in working order, and even gave me several discounts on games and controllers. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good experience purchasing used games, movies, or consoles visit this location.

I’ve been here twice. First time both gentlemen were over the moon friendly! My next visit I brought games in to sell and the lady that dealt with me was one of the rudest customer service reps I’ve ever dealt with in any store. I will never give this business my service again and I will make sure to let everyone I know never to go here ever. It’s very sad as the gentlemen I dealt with the first visit was there the second time and he is incredible. The people customers deal with should be overly friendly and actually want to do business, I don’t understand how by me going into this store to use a service they offer and advertise warrants me being treated like I am a nuisance, having a bad day is no excuse.

The staff were extremely courteous, and friendly, it felt like I had known them for years. The selection of BluRays and DVDs was very good, and they even had things like vinyls. I went there for a Super NES game and was not disappointed. The selection is truly impressive.

I've been to this place lots. Always had a good experience. The staff always have a smile on their faces and always greet you when you walk into the store. The place is also very clean, and roomy, so you don't feel crowded while walking through the store and looking for what you want. The staff are always there to assist and help me with anything I might have a question about. Everything I've bought at Games Music has been in great shape, and has always worked. I would always recommend this place to a friend, and I plan on coming back soon.

People want to complain about the prices? Seriously? A locally owned and family owned business? At least at Games Music their customer service skills are far superior to other neighboring, similar businesses. I've gone in many times to look around and never felt like I was a thief or cornered to buy. I have no problem supporting this local business. I wish other similar businesses were as good to their customers as these guys are. I asked for a video game a year ago. I forgot all about it and when I came in for something else they had the game I wanted in hold. No record. They just remembered I wanted it. That's what I call good customer service and family owned!!

This store is absolutely awesome!They have an excellent selection of games on every console imaginable, all at decent prices. They also carry many accessories and controllers, basically anything you could ever need. Their vinyl selection is very good as well, as is their movie section. And the staff are awesome!! Very cool and kind, and always willing to help out. I highly recommend going here.

Went in here today and have to say this is one of the best game stores I’ve been too. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and the environment was very welcoming as soon as you walk in! Good selection, anything from Saga Genesis, to V.H.S., to collectors items! I brought my NES in to see about getting it cleaned up, and working right again; they hooked it to a tester tv to figure out why it wasn’t working got it all sorted out, and it was FREE! Did not expect how great of an experience it was - definitely a must stop shop!

Great store! Multiple consoles set up on multiple TVs so you can try before you buy. My kids are 3 and 6 and they were super friendly. They answered any questions we had. Recommend this place for anyone into gaming music or movies!

Great little store and awesome staff. They help us find the games we use for our community channel and have a very good selection of games and consoles. As for video games stores in Central Alberta, this is the place to shop. I would suggest to anyone to check out Games Music.
