Lone Butte Towing & Repair

We would give these guys 6 stars if we could! Our alternator in our car gave out literally just after they closed shop at the start of May long weekend and thankfully just outside their shop. Al and his wife took such good care of us. Al made some calls, and determined that it would take a few days for them to get the parts needed to fix our car. In the meantime, Al temporarily sorted out our car so that we could make it to our cabin safely the same day. As we waited for Al to do this, Al’s wife fed our kids pizza and then they sent us on our way FREE OF CHARGE. They went above and beyond for service, after hours and on a long weekend nonetheless. I would highly recommend Lone Butte Towing for kind, honest service. We were humbled by their generosity. :)

We were recommended to call Lone Butte Towing by a friend when our truck broke down. They had a mechanic starting at their shop that was able to fix it. The convenience of having the tow company take it right back to their place and get it fixed was so nice. We also felt that it was safe sitting there as they live beside their business.They also came to the rescue when I locked my keys in my vehicle. Incredibly kind and highly recommend this business.

Very fast no long wait. Friendly guys other local had to wait hours and lone butte showed up with in the hour just amazed on the service

We had a wonderful experience with this company! They were so helpful and went beyond their service by accepting our favour to drop me off on my first day of practicum while towing our truck into town. It was very much appreciated and we'll never forget their acts of kindness that morning.

I broke down at midnight on Hwy 97 and I called BCAA and I was told from BCAA it was going to be 4 hour wait from a different tow truck company .1 hour after waiting I see a Lone Butte Tow truck pull up and Al gets out of his truck and the first thing I said to him was sorry I had to get you out of bed to get me home and he said with a smile it was no problem and it was part of the job.A1 Service from Al.I highly recommend him. Not only he was able to show up 3 hours before his competitor,We had alot of laughs on the way home.Thanks again Al.
