Mike was great. I contacted him in early spring to schedule a repair. We agreed on a date. Mike contacted me the day before, as promised, and advised a time he will arrive. Want to share with friends and pool owners out there my experience with..Perfect Pool Steps it is the way to go!..I was quoted $ 5,000 for a new set of stairs..Mike Green of Perfect Pool Steps came in repaired the stairs in turn saving me thousands of dollars .. did an excellant job in a timely professional manner and the stairs look new! Mike also offered to do any touch up in the coming months if i wasn't satisfied or had any concerns with the workmanship done!..you don't hear that anymore.Thanks Mike.

After contacting several companies for pool step repair we were pleased to find a company that could provide the service within a week! Nevermind a week because Mike was at the house on the Monday after we spoke the Friday before.Mike made the pool steps look new. In fact, they now look better than they did when the house was purchased! He was able to ascertain the problem easily and created a solution beyond the scope of what he was called out to do.We are extremely happy with Mike's work and recommend Perfect Pool Steps to anyone who needs repair work done properly!
