I absolutely love the service!!!! The owner of the company actually calls you back, and they make the extra effort of texting you the day before to remind you of your appointment!The cleaners are also amazing!! They not only clean your home but go that extra mile to make everything perfect! I started once a month and now it is planned for every 2 nd week! Wonderful service, fast , efficient , trustworthy, punctual and extremely clean!

Sonya and her team walk that tight line of extremely professional yet beautifully friendly! I have been nothing but satisfied with the service I've had. The reminders are extremely handy, communication is prompt and precise, just a great experience overall! Thank you Sonya and Kelly!

Please do not use this service. On April 25 I had someone come to clean my place. She did a good job except that she permanently stained my stainless steel oven, fridge and freezer as she either applied the wrong product or left the stainless steel cleaner on for hours. She did not tell me about it and when I approached her after she left (when I noticed it) she said she didn't know what happened and tried to fix it but couldn't. I called the office and their response was 'there is nothing we can do, we can only send her back to fix it', they didn't even offer to reimburse me.I told them I spoke to their cleaner and she has no idea how to fix it. I personally tried various things and nothing has changed. They continued to tell me 'there is nothing we can do' and hung up on me. I asked to speak to their manager and was not allowed to.I am beyond disappointed and furious and now left with stained appliances that are only 2 years old.If you are considering to use this company, please don't. I am happy to share my experience if anyone wants to discuss.

Very disappointed!!!Contacted them on Aug 16 to order a move-in cleaning for Sep 1. I talked to Dorin, and I called her again on Aug 20 and 23rd to confirm the time. The cleaners were supposed to come between 10am and 1pm to estimate the work needed, and to make the cleaning the same day if we agree on a price.No one showed up, and I received a call from Sonya and 1.10pm saying that she can come on the 2nd to make an estimate and then to clean as soon as on the 4th. She also said there was no way to clean the same day, and that they are too booked and I had contacted them too late. She thought I had made the booking the day before because that’s when she got my booking. So, for the whole long weekend, I am stuck in my new dirty apartment unable to unload my stuff from the truck. All because they can’t communicate among themselves and promise things they cannot do.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I got from this company. Two young women came today for a total of 2 hours at $50 per hour. (I had arranged for one person for 4 hours.) The ladies were obviously inexperienced, unprofessional and did not work well as a team. They constantly chatted to their one another. Practically nothing that I needed done was accomplished and this was after I specified they do only a few basics. One bathroom got a small amount of attention. The other wasn’t touched. A few carpet stains on my stairs were ignored despite my request to take care of them. Dusting involved tickling the furniture with a swiffer by one of them while the cleaning supplies I had offered them went unused. Nothing was thorough. A hundred dollars later I had to put my own linens back on the beds ( which I had taken responsibility to wash and dry). This is totally unacceptable. As far as I am concerned this company is not trustworthy. They owe me a refund or an experienced cleaning lady to come in at no charge to make up for today. I expect to hear from this company!

I had my first deap cleaning with MHC two weeks ago and met Kelly she is amazing. We clicked right away and everything was cleaned to perfection when she was done. Today i come back from work and my house is spotless and everthing is so tidy. I would definitely recommend MHC to anyone looking for a professional cleaning for their home. Thank you Sonya!!!

I needed to find a cleaning service for my elderly mom's home and was searching via the internet. I am so glad I came across MHC. The first visit was for a deep and thorough cleaning and we were very happy with the results. My mom now uses MHC on a regular basis and has always been satisfied. I have tried out different cleaners before but Sonya’s is the best by far. If you are a clean freak like me you won’t be disappointed. Kelley doesn’t take shortcuts and pays attention to details. Always on time and friendly service. You pay for the results! Good job ladies!
