Imran's level of professionalism, expertise, and overall customer service was truly outstanding and deserves recognition.From the moment Imran arrived at my home, he was incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel at ease and confident in his ability to complete the job. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner, which I really appreciated.The replacement of the thermostat was completed in a timely and efficient manner, with Imran working diligently to ensure that everything was installed correctly and functioning properly. Imran came to my house to replace the thermostat. He was accommodating to my availability, knowledgeable on the thermostat installation and explanation of how it works. He was in and out of my place in less than 20 minutes.

I had great experience with Imran, I had problem with my furnace he suggest to fix it first then instill the thermostat to be more safe. He is very talented, patient, smart guy provided me with all information that I need and explained everything with details. Highly recommended him.

Just had a smart thermostat installed by Imran. He’s a hard working technician and very efficient. Fit in the smallest of spaces, got filthy, let me watch the entire install and did it all with a smile. He went above and beyond what he needed to and left me feeling very comfortable with the explanation and walk-thru of the new system. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend him.

Imran Asgar was just amazing. He came to save us in the evening as we did not have heat and he came as soon as he could so we could have heat. Imran Asgar identified the issues quickly and explained to me what happened and why the heat wasn’t working. Now my heat and thermostat works. Imran really went above and beyond with explaining everything on a way someone with no knowledge could understand. By far the best technician I have ever had in my 20 years of home ownership. Imran was a great technician that went beyond what he had should up for, he dedicated some extra time to Install a disconnected wire to the automatic fan in furnace. Also, thermostats installation was quick and clean with very clear instructions on how to operate the smart thermostats.Greatly happy with the experience. Thank you Imran.

Outstanding customer service by the technician Imran. I wasn’t sure whether I should go ahead with the installation or not, Imran explained me the importance and he was super full of knowledge. Apart from his regular job, he shared whole bunch of tips to save and run the equipment. He took his time explain and I was pretty much impressed with the dedication. 10/10 to Imran
