Dr. S. Tom Zhao
Dr Zhao used lasers to fix a hole in my retina quickly and capably. The reception staff was friendly, got me booked in quickly, and gave me great directions to get to their office. The staff that numbed my eyes and took other eye photos and measurements were friendly and fast as well. All around if I get another hole in my eye I would come back.

Dr. Zhao in Victoria did an excellent job treating my husband's torn retina immediately upon assessment and diagnosis by Dr. W. Johnstone in Nanaimo. Thank you Dr. Zhao for saving my husband's eye given he's legally blind in his other.
