We ordered Tom yum gong soup, beef pad thai, and prawn red curry. After the Tom yum gong was served, we didn’t think the mushrooms were well cooked, looked totally raw, so the server took it back to the kitchen to boil it,But, after this meal, each of us had diarrhea, seriously. I hardly have diarrhea. The food was okay but sad, because they were different Thai food from what we had before.

We have ordered take out several times and always enjoyed it and they are fast and pleasant to order from. This was our first time dining in. They had great decor, very attentive staff, and the food is even more delicious freshly from the kitchen. The food comes fast but is fresh and well-made.We have tried a lot of Thai places (mostly in Alberta) and are usually quite disappointed when compared to our ultimate favorite Sook Jai Thai in Victoria, BC. This rates second only to them, and is local so we can regularly enjoy it. So glad we had finally tried Krob Krua. It's a great place for some yummy food.Faves so far: Nua Tod (most flavourful juicy beef ever), Panang Gai Curry, Pad See Ew (dry), Gai Pad Ma-Muang HimmaPan, and coconut rice. There are other dishes I would love to try as well.So glad to have this restaurant in Kamloops. Keep up the good work you guys!

Perfect! We’ve been welcomed and seated really quickly upon passing the entrance. Place looked quite empty however they have just opened. We’ve been given a glass of water straight on arrival which is a really nice gesture. Food order was taken promptly and food was delivered shortly after. Food was 10/10, tea was great! Waitress was asking if all was ok every few mins also offering another glass of water.Great food, pricing, location was good. Will definitely visit again.Thank you!

Red Curry has tomato sauce. Green tastes like brown sugar. Pad Thai is tiny. Tom yum is full of all the flavor building non edibles which most of the places I've gone sift out. Sauces are watered down. Maybe an off day for the cook but was pretty low quality. Won't go back

The service was speedy and efficient. We ordered chicken pad Thai and a grilled vegetable dish. We opted not to spice it up and found it tasteless. The vegetables were cooked perfectly but were bland. The pad Thai was mushy .We probably will not be back☹️

I’ve travelled & eaten a decent amount of food in Thailand and this is Thai food in name, not in flavour. The use of sweet Thai chili sauce as a condiment was the first indication. No umami flavour from fish sauce which is a Thai staple. The coconut shrimp was very obviously the frozen stuff I can buy and bake from any grocery store. And it cost $16 for this shrimp! I would have expected them to be made in house not just something frozen. Overall the food was tasty, no doubt, but certainly a far cry from real Thai food. Oh, and $4 for a tiny tiny container of crushed peanuts!! That’s a ridiculous price for a few grams of peanuts.

I had the Pad Kee Mao Gai, they warned me it might be too hot but that's okay they didn't know me. It was perfect in spice level and flavor! The Thai herbs really come through in this dish. This dish is nutritious, delicious and medicinal, I felt great after eating this. With a large selection of options, I know where to eat in Kamloops now, thank you!

I've been working in & out of Kamloops for the past 2 summers, staying for 7-11 days a stint. Every time I've been here, the food has been great, as has been the service. Whether I get take-out to eat back in my room or dine-in with work colleagues, Cam has never disappointed anyone I've known that has eaten there. Yes, the portions tend to be a bit on the smaller side, but you get what you pay for and the quality for everything I've ever eaten (flavour!) has been top notch.
