I don't enjoy going to the dentist for checkups, but Dr. Cheung and her team make the experience much more enjoyable. Dr. Cheung is highly skilled and pleasant to converse with. The environment is bright and clean, the tools are up to date and they even have an ultrasonic cleaner. There is lots of parking spots available as well. I had my wisdom teeth removed with local anesthesia (twice) and it was not so bad. Everyone is friendly and always smiling which is nice. I would highly recommend Willoughby Crossing Dental if your looking for a new dentist.

Our family has been with Dr. Chung for many years and are sad to say goodbye as we have to move. She has always been honest, hard working, reliable, fair in pricing, thorough and flawless in her work. Her staff are all wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone young or old. Willoughby Crossing Dental is what everyone HOPES to find in a dentist. We were lucky to be with her for so many years.

Staff members from receptionists down to hygienists are very friendly and welcoming! They make the dental environment feel warm :)) It truly is a family friendly dental office. They also provide quick replies with email inquiries and they make sure you feel comfortable during your appointments.Dr. Cheung is very light with her hands. It’s as if her hands were as light as a feather. Never had a painful experience.

Dr. Cheung and her staff have provided caring, personable and professional dental support for me and my kids. We have been patients there for years and have been very happy with the dental care we have received. I highly recommend Dr. Cheung and her team.

My partner and I have been going to Dr. Cheung since before she took ownership of the practice. Dr. Cheung and her staff are courteous, professional, and you can see that the staff genuinely care about their clients and the practice as a whole. Additionally, one of the reasons why we will continue to go to Dr. Cheung is that she and her dental staff are 'pain free' medical professionals which is important to people like myself who have a bit of fear when going to the dentist in general.

Everyone that works here has been nothing but kind and caring. At the front desk the lovely ladies are always happy and welcoming. They make sure you always understand what procedures happening next. BEST dentist and dental team by a landslide! I have been a patient of Dr. Cheung for 7+ years. I have seen my share of dentists over 5 decades and not one compares to Dr. Cheung. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind, highly skilled, warm and personable - and her entire staff (not just one or two members, but all staff) mirror these qualities! Really, the nicest group I've ever dealt with. Have questions? Don't hesitate to ask. Extremely helpful and makes you feel like you are sincerely cared for. Highly recommend Dr. Cheung and her team!

I am severely fearful of dental stuff and needles, Dr. Cheung was incredibly patient with me and didn't make me feel bad about my anxiety/fears. We worked through them together and I did my very first awake dental treatment with her (root canal) today. She explained what she was doing, and took the time to make me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Cheung is very kind and warm. She even rescheduled the appointment following me to allow me some extra time in the chair when I got worked up. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist. Her clinic also is part of the student network for my student insurance through UFV so there was a better discount as well for treatments to those covered in the network. All around I had a great experience with her and her staff (sorry reception and technician ladies I did not catch names but you are all amazing too!!). I go back soon for crown fitting then placement, and will be bringing my 5 year old daughter in for a dental checkup! We found our new family dentist!! Thank you for helping me face my fears!

I’ve seen a lot of dentists in my lifetime and Dr. Cheung is the most patient, skillful and friendly dentist! The staff are very friendly too and really make a dental visit easy and stress free. I appreciate the follow ups for appointments as well.
