It's still a work in progress but it is good to have a zoo in the area. There are portable toilets for public use. There is also a food truck on site. There are plenty of picnic tables in the shade but I do recommend that you get there early so that you can park close otherwise you may have to ride a shuttle bus to get there.

A perfect location for a family day out. The layout and planning is quite Impressive and intriguing. The warm members of staff would definitely make you want to come again… I only wish the guides could be bilingual and the plaques also have English translations.

Had an amazing time at the Miller Zoo. The animals were beautiful and each of them have their own history and personality. They feed animals in front of you and give you a lot of facts about the species. There’s a restaurant and a food truck. We came from Montreal and weren’t disappointed at all. I’ll go back for sure. I recommend !

I would give it a 1.5 star if I could. It is unfortunately far from the city and incredibly unorganized. You show up and end up in this massive field to wait for over an hour for a shuttle to bring you to the zoo, where you have to wait in line again to buy your ticket, since you can’t buy anything online. The total wait to even get in the zoo was over 2.5hrs and we still showed up decently early. It was so crowded and difficult to see anything or walk anywhere. Almost no COVID regulation was followed, even by the staff members. I overheard a staff member saying that there was over 5000 visitors that day, on a weekday. The enclosures look like they barely make the minimum requirements for the animals. We only saw one animal being rehabilitated. Many enclosures are under renovations or empty. Unclear signs as to where the animals are or which animals are in what enclosures. The only feeding time we were waiting for was for the lion one, with about 200 other people. Turns out we waited for no reason because there was another lion enclosure and all of us were at the incorrect one. They should be the times written on the enclosures for clarity. The only thing I did enjoy was the little monkey in the attached photo. We completed the park on under 1.5-2hrs and left incredibly disappointed. On the way back we took the little shuttle that did not take us to our parking field, but to another shuttle that then took us to our car. To be clear, we waited almost 30 minutes for that shuttle.Overall, the Miller Zoo looks like it’s a zoo that got big too quickly and it couldn’t keep up. Watching it on TV will be a much more enjoyable experience and a chance to actually see some animals. With the price we pay to go to the zoo, hopefully they will put it to good use.

We love Miller Zoo! It’s a great place to spend the day. The site is enormous. There is a multitude of animals. There are picnic tables scattered throughout the site if you want to pack a lunch. There is also a restaurant on site and food trucks parked at the entrance if you’d rather purchase your food. There’s a playground for the kids. A gift shop to browse. And the staff is polite and knowledgeable! Our favourite part is the tiger feeding hour. Definitely worth the drive to visit!

Miller Zoo
It was an excellent activity for the day. The kids loved it and there were a large variety of animals. The food was really good as well and both the park and the restaurant were reasonably priced. It was a bit of a drive but it was scenic. the only thing I would have liked to have seen was to have the information cards throughout the park be in both French and English and not just French. Loved it though

Enjoyable activity. Never seen a bear, wolf, lynx and many more so up close. ~2 hour activity with 5-7 year olds.

Very friendly, welcoming zoo with close contact with natureWent there with a friend, had barely heard about which is a shame, the place is great! Price is very very fair, the animal variety is nice and during winter you can go in the enclosures!Would definitely recommend, but bring a pic-nic! They do have a small gift shop with chocolate bars and drinks but nothing elseVery family friendly, nice home-made" feel and the animals are adorable and they look comfortable"
