I had the most fabulous experience with Cozy Comfort Plus! Brian was very responsive for my first outreach all the way through to the completion of my beautiful fireplace! I live in a condo and as such, things are not straightforward when it comes to having work completed. There were a few extra hoops to jump through but Brian and his team were very diligent in ensuring that all the fittings were correct. I was so happy with my experience that I had them replace my furnace and add a smart home thermometer as well! I would highly recommend Brian and his team for their knowledge, skill and excellent customer service!

We purchased a gas insert for our home from the Cozy Comfort Plus. The whole process was super smooth and easy from the very beginning. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He patiently guided us through different options we had. The installation crew were also super friendly but at the same time professional and serious about their work.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a satisfactory experience.

This company has excellent products and even better service, and it shows through client interaction. They care about their customers and complete their work in a timely fashion. Best of all they leave the work area in cleaner condition than when they arrived.Their showroom has items you can't even imagine.I have used Cozy Comfort Plus many times, personally purchased the following from them:-Furnace-A/C unit-Air cleaner and purifier-Tankless water heater-Fireplaces (Mantles)-Fire table and-BBQBrian and his team are my go to.

We just had a gas fireplace installed by Cozy Comfort Plus. What an incredible and seamless process this was - beginning to end.We met with a few companies, and loved the professionalism and communication with Brian. He was thorough in his explanations, took his time to answer all our questions. We were so impressed that we knew right away this was a company we wanted to work with.The installation was seamless! A team of three people (Jason, Amir, and Hamid) came on time and got straight to work. They were friendly, efficient, and left the space spotless!Had we known that switching from a wood fireplace to a gas one was this easy, we would have done it years ago!We would highly recommend Cozy Comfort Plus to anyone wanting to install a gas fireplace!!!So happy we did our research and ended up working with these guys!

Purchased new AC outdoor unit. Called them on Thursday morning and new unit installed on Friday. Great service!

Brian and his team were very professional, the customer service was excellent and their prices are very competitive. One month after the installation of our tankless water heater, everything is running and operating as promised! My only recommendation is to try to offer credit card payment options that do not entail going to their office in person. Other than this small inconvenience, this service was superb. Thanks Brian!

They were professional in installing a new fireplace insert. However they were not upfront I had to write a cheque claiming they don't take credit cards.If I find out they do in fact take cards I will be very unhappy as I lost 3% rebate.Since they no longer teach writing they will need to take plastic.If my payment was used to subsidize another customer to pay with plastic I will be very unhappy with the firm as that is lying to a customer. I could have gone with another dealer if I had been told upfront only cash/cheque to get my points if paying same prices..

When my furnace broke down last winter, we were without heat for two weeks while the HVAC company sourced the parts from the US. I wanted to install a gas fireplace insert to replace my existing gas log set and to act as a backup heat source (e.g. furnace breaks down again, no power). I had a number of questions about the various gas fireplace inserts (e.g. size and fit in my old fireplace) and I contacted several HVAC companies.I found that Brian from Cozy Comfort Plus to be the most helpful and he also gave me the best price. I was home at the time and I saw that the Cozy team did a great job installing the gas fireplace insert (e.g., assembling and fitting the insert, bending and capping the chimney, etc.). If you are looking for a gas fireplace insert, I would highly recommend that you give Brian a call.

Brian is very easy to work with, his advise about which gas stove to go with was excellent and my parents ending up going with the high-end Regency model. His installers were very good and were easy to talk to about the job and they did an excellent job. I like it when a contractor works with their customers and cares about their company to back up the work done. I highly recommend them and a special thank you to Brian who runs an excellent company! My parents are extremely happy and can't wait on those cold nights to go by to feel the warm heat of their new stove.
