Very horrible service! Name calling and abuse! If you are not the “regular” customer prepare to wait above threshold! Very unprofessional! Owner responded, that there was not name calling! But when a customer is standing up for the right! He gets a name calling of “bad spirited” so YES thats name calling when all I wanted was for my child to have a pleasant hair cut experience and he gets caught up in the politics of “only our seasoned customers they know by name ARE PRIORITY ” are only allowed to sit before someone who waited an hour patiently” Owner really need to stop setting the precedent of this privilege and expectations” as if you go to a clinic or doctors office they will make sure even on a walk in day that you still have some priority if you have been waiting patiently for an HOUR, for a barber who was late when on Google they open at 9am! Apology accepted and if I do visit this place of business again, make me change this review! As as well I do work in the better business bureau, I really don’t want to take it to that level

Fantastic place, The Kit Boss gave me a beautiful haircut, he works fast, was very nice, and understood exactly what look I wanted definitely will be a regular from now on! I love my hair for the first time in too long!!Anyone who goes there should ask for The Kit Boss, he does a superb job.

Terrible experience here only grinds of the barbers can get a haircut it doesn’t matter if you show up before all the other customers. Very unprofessional guys. If you aren’t in their boys don’t bother going here.

Terrible experience, the guy pushed the left side of my hairline like a centimetre back, Getting lined up should not consist of you frequently touching up the hairline, it’s supposed to be outlined once and that’s it !!! your business need to fix that before you mess up other people’s hair.

Best place in Brampton to get a haircut.Kit did a wonderful job, especially when it comes to doing fades. He listens and does a detailed job. This is my main barber from now on. Worth the money.Highly recommend this place to everyone!
