Beyond thankful for Don Metzinger and his company 1-800 Water Damage. Waking up to my house flooding at 2:00am on Memorial Day weekend was nothing short of a nightmare! Luckily for me, Don got there and started the drying process immediately. Working with 1-800 Water Damage has been an absolute pleasure. After the sewer backup in the basement, Don at 1-800 Water Damage was responsive and attentive. He started working right away with insurance after he got on site to see the damage. Don was open and clear about his next steps and his plans for clean up and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.

Don Metzinger and his team at 1-800-WATER DAMAGE did an outstanding job with water mitigation and demolition of our Florida home. Because we have never had to deal with hurricane damage before it was very important that we had someone guide us through the process needed immediately after Hurricane Ian. Don's communication and customer service were excellent. The detail leveled reporting, which included water damage readings throughout the home, in addition to numerous photos, helped in support of our insurance claim. We highly recommend Don and his team to anyone in need of these services.
