Absolutely horrible experience!! Many people I know saying the same thing. I’m bleeding and it hurts to walk! Over priced, so rough, not relaxing at all! She demanded the money and had nothing to say about my toes

I have been to many nail salons in the GTA. But this has to be by far the worst experience I have ever had (July 23rd appointment made at 5pm). In and out in 15 to 20 mins. Polish not completely covering the nails. My thumb nail already chipped and its been 2.5 hours. Leftover nail residue from the filing hanging from beneath the nail bed. I feel so embarrassed to walk around with a nail job such as this. A shellac manicure that appears to be completed by a toddler. My sister received a shellac pedicure and I GASPED when I saw her toes.I do not mind spending $$$ on quality service. But when my hard earned cash is used on a service such as the one we received today from Polished, you cannot help but feel scammed and ashamed that such a business is open in your small town. Perhaps if you are not a fan favourite or a regular customer, expect to be treated the way my sister and I did today because those photos you see on their FB page cannot be real. Even after I expressed my concerns, she did not apologize but only offered a 10$ discount.My biggest regret is that I did not leave with my dignity and my hard earned cash out that front door as soon as I saw our nails. Do yourself a favour- if you decide to go to Polish, ask a toddler in the family to do your nails instead. At least you wont be charged for shameful service.UPDATE JULY 24THnails completely chipped from packing and showering. Not even a full 24 hours and shellac typically lasts me 2 weeks.

Had an appointment for 4pm and didn't leave until 7. Me and my sister went together, she ended up doing my sister's nails first but before she even got started on mine she went and worked on a different lady and I had to sit there and wait until she was completely done working on the other woman before she did anything on mine and then she left me in between yet to take care of other ladies that came in after us. She also wasn't very careful and cut my fingers multiple times and didn't even clip our natural nails back at all. Prices are too high for the service so I would not recommend.

My nails turned out really good but the nail tech was aggressive with the nail grinder and made me bleed on multiple fingers.

Definitely go here if you want to pay for WAY OVERPRICED nails. A couple of girls had to pay $70-80 dollars for a gel acrylic set that was very poor quality and ended up breaking a couple only days after.You can pay half of the price and get better quality at any other nail salon in Leamington.

Very bad experience no matter how many times I said I'm unsatisfied the lady the oldest did not listen cost me $70 I would advise you not to ever go there big rip off

Very clean. I was their number one priority. Answered my questions. Friendly and relaxing they were very professional. I will be back. Prices are lower than other places Bonus!!!!Everyone enjoys saving money.The downside no interact--BUT I mentioned that my bank was down the street and I will be back with the cash she trusted me to return with the money.Which I did. What great service?

Got my eyebrows done recently and was not happy with any part of the appointment. The wax didn't get all the hair and the lady didn't bother to pluck what it didn't get. Also she tosses your head from side to side using her knuckles and just isn't gentle at all, treats you like your not human. Would give 0 stars if I could. Also when it came to pay, I gave a 20 and should have gotten 10 back. The lady had to go find her purse and went through her wallet only to find that she had only a 5 dollar bill and the rest of the 5 bucks she owed me I got in change. So unprofessional

Called to make an appointment and was asked to come right away. No problem. Wanted my gel nails removed and was made to wait 1/2 hour before she even started, then she didn't even get all of the gel off. (I am waiting for it to grow out). She was not very friendly & left to speak with a friend who happened to drop by, leaving me waiting yet again. I would not recommend this salon at all.
