Been coming to them for about 5 years very professional had my watch battery replaced several times under their 5 year warranty which comes in handy and they also sell decent watch bands

I came to Fixology on Friday, May 6th in the afternoon to have my watch fixed with the recommendation of my brother-in-law. The dark bearded guy walked up and asked how he could help me. I told him I needed a battery replaced on my Seiko watch. He asked how long I've had it and told me that it hasn't been long enough for it to die. I told him it's only been 4-5 years but I just checked and it's actually been 6 years.He talked to me about how it would be $60 to replace the capacitor. But the fact that it's a solar watch, there is no battery. Duh! He advised me to lift the crown and charge it under the sun or fluorescent light for a few days. Funny thing is that I knew it was a solar watch but didn't even put two and two together about charging it in the sun or light but at the same time wouldn't have known about lifting the crown and charging it that way anyways.The guy told me that after a few days, if it didn't work, to come back so they could replace the capacitor. I ended up charging it in the sun for an hour or so and then charged it under fluorescent lighting for 2 days. And guess what? It worked!! Yay! Thank you to the guy who recommended that! I can't thank you in person so I decided to leave a review to thank you instead! Most places would have replaced it instead of advising. That is great service right there!On another note, I ended up finding out why my watch stopped working. I did a little investigation especially now knowing that it's charged via sun/lighting. My workplace was under renovation and they decided to remove the light above me causing my office area to be pretty dim and with no plans on putting a new one in but updating other lights instead. Renovation went on for several months. I had taken pix of the renovations and texted my husband when my watch died and after cross referencing that, that was when I realized my watch stopped working during that time. I'm annoyed but it is what it is. It's up and running now and I'm happy.Thanks again Fixology!

Great service! I broke my watch band while at the mall and was prepared to get it replaced. However, they thought there was a chance it could be fixed and they were right. In what seemed like no time they had my watch back to me in great shape. Would definitely get work done there again!

After talking with several reputable jewelers who had outrageous prices, Fixology turned out to be both affordable and great to work with to resize, retip, & solder the heirloom wedding set I brought in. Megan worked quickly and with integrity to bring new life to these pieces that I am so excited to wear!

My watch and I took a nasty tumble last year and chipped the glass on rhe inside. It was a special piece from Michael Kors that had a iridescent glass face. I asked if they'd be able to replace the crystal but they weren't sure, so I eventually went to Fixology at the Mall of America and had asked if they could fix it, they had never done a fix like this before but Jessica the amazing watch setter came up with a solution to replace the crystal and keep its iridescent look. It's one of a kind now, thank you so much Fixology

Had two watch batteries replaced here after being recommended. Watch batteries are supposed to last, usually I had replaced mine every year+ at other places. I’ve never had this happen before, but within a few months, the first watch battery died, promptly followed by the second—so I don’t think it was just a fluke. Would not recommend.

Meagan did amazing work! I was devastated when the beautiful engagement ring my fiancé got me didn't fit. It needed to go at least two sizes up, and everywhere online said rose gold was very difficult/near impossible to resize. She ordered extra metal that exactly matched my ring, and put it at the top of her priority list. Throughout the entire process she made me feel very confident that it would turn out fitting just right and beautiful. You can't see any line where she made the addition. I never write google recommendations, but they were just so fantastic, I had to write one.

Jacob was helpful picking out a new band for my unique watch, and did a good job explaining everything in an easy to understand manner!

I went in on New Year’s Day because I needed the back of my watch put back on, and the kind worker not only was able to put my watch back on, but he also changed the time and date on it as well! Highly recommend Fixology!

I had a great experience here. I went recently to get my cracked phone screen fixed and it was very affordable to get it done. The employees were very friendly, nice, and professional. After I got my phone back I noticed there was an issue with the brightness not going down and asked them if they could take a look and they fixed it without an extra charge :). 10/10 would go back again.
