I could've fell asleep having a filling and extraction. Lol and my filling is amazingly done. Great Dentist

I called on a Thursday morning at 7:30am to cancel a appointment for the following Monday at 2pm. The secretary made a weird noise like as she was angry. I asked if there was a problem with me canceling. Well you have canceled a few appointments, no I went to my last appointment but didn't realize that the cleaning I was going for was going to cost anywhere from $300 and up. I said I am sorry I am poor as I hung the phone up crying. I would have gone in but my diabetes medication is due and I need that more so than the cleaning. They have plenty of time to fill that appointment, other wise great dentist

I walked in to this establishment today as a first timer, with so much stress and anxieties- and just the receptionists alone made me feel so happy and energised; I was worried and they were able to turn my anxieties into just a comforting feeling of hope; I felt so welcomed and all around I was just surrounded by good vibes; and the dentist and her assistant are just as amazing! I could never have walked into a more stable and positive enviornment; these people are amazing at what they do and I appreciate them so much!  100 out of 10 reccommend. I have never had such a comforting dental experience! <3 I will be recommending to any and everybody! Thank you for the amazing experience guys! <3

I was a first timer and I would never go back. I found the dentist lacking in bedside manner, very gruff and rough. No numbing prior to needle for freezing. No explanation as to what they were doing as they were doing it. A cold and unfriendly experience. While in the chair someone came in about another patient who was having issues with a root canal that was done. The hygienist commented that she wasn't surprised once she saw who the patient was. Extremely unprofessional.

The secretarys sure made u feel welcome and very clean environment but iam not to happy with the dentist it was the worst that I have ever had. I waited in the examine chair lying down for over 2 hours!!! I went in for a filing and she was so rough it felt like she was removing it that is how rough she was. I hope no one else has this experience. I will not be going back to that place

Not impressed with the way that my spouse has been handled the last few times that he's been into the office in the waiting room. waiting the last few times he has been waiting . he's waited for almost over 2 hours in the waiting room to even get into the dentist. we are on an island where we have to catch a ferry and we can't wait that long to make the ferry and it just seems like they are trying to do too many things with too many people and not having enough chairs to work with .Another reason why this is a one star review is ,because I am no longer working and when I stopped working, called them to tell them that I no longer had coverage under what I did for my workplace... and then when my husband went in to get his dental work done they tried to go through my work insurance which was no longer active after I told them many times since last year that it was no longer active..... why are they trying to take it out of my sun life when my sun life is not active, And when I called why wasn't sunlife removed from my file.
