Essex Hair Extensions

Superb service, highly recommend.

If I could put zero stars I would. I've been having hair extensions for the last 6 years and after my lady moved I found Linzi via her website. I paid £300 for half a head of hair that was supposedly top grade hair but the ends started going dry and the hair got matted easily after just a few weeks. I'm not a novice when it comes to caring for hair extensions so I contacted her straight away and she advised me to switch shampoo (even though my shampoo is usually recommended for hair extensions) and to let her know how I got on. After a few weeks of following her advice, and trying all sorts of products specifically designed for hair extensions, I contacted her again to say the hair wasn't improving. She said she'd replace the hair free of charge but she kept putting off arranging an appointment with me for one reason or another and then, when I decided to have the hair removed by someone else because she was unavailable again and the hair was unmanageable, she refused to give me a partial refund for the hair. When I contacted her to ask why she couldn't refund me the money she was going to spend on replacement hair she ignored me and then when I told her that I would take the matter further if need be she reacted completely unprofessionally and told me that I don't know who I'm talking to and that I'm someone who wants something for nothing, which is 100% not the case. I called her in an attempt to reason with her but she refused to discuss it in a civilised manner. If you're looking for an honest and decent hair extension technician that you can trust should any issues arise then look elsewhere.

Couldn't rate Michele highly enough! The overall process from consultation to fitting was quick (especially just before Christmas) and the end result was absolutely amazing. I'm getting so many compliments on my new hair and most importantly I feel so confident in myself now. I can't thank Michele enough for her fabulous work and her friendly and welcoming manner! Would and will recommend to any and everyone looking for hair extensions in the Essex area.

For some reason it's under my husbands name lol. Well what can I say I'm in LOVE with my hair. It's my first time getting extensions and I cannot thank Linzi enough. She put me at ease with the whole process and she took her time and she did it all in the comfort of my own home. She is amazing. Thank you so much Linzi.
