EXPLOITED ME. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. Mice problem. Posion from rona didn't work. I contacted this exterminator, even had a 25$ coupon wich he didnt give me ON PRICE. Then said i had a big chance that they would come back and only offered 6 month guarantiee. Then he said 1st treatment was 125$ and doesn't guarantee anything and if he has to come back, then i must pay again the 125 and more. So I GOT SCARED AND BOUGHT THE FULL 3 treatment plus 6 month guarantee = 750$. Never came back for second treatment WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN JULY.WHAT HE DID: took 15 minutes and he was done. Didnt even go into the artic, just put his head.. .through posion at 5 places in my house. Then he went outside to tell me the spot where they can come in and suggested a person to do the job to close the opening because they dont do it. THEN HE LEFT. SO BASICALLY I PAID 750$ FOR 15 MINUTES OF HIS TIME TO DROP POSION AT 5 LOCATION IN MY HOUSE AND TO TELL ME WISH WHOLES I HAD TO BLOCK. THAT'S ITS. DO I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY NOT.At least if they would of charged 125$ and if they had to come back, the first 125$ wouldn't be added to my price THEN IT WOULD OF BEEN OK SINCE WE REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL POISON. but he took advantage of my situation and fear they come back.
