I had a wonderful first experience getting a lash Lift and Tint by Mackenzie at Lashd. I went on vacation for a week and they still look like I just stepped out of the salon. I would highly recommend Mackenzie and anyone at this salon, they are all very personal and welcoming.

Had an appointment with Leanne and she never showed up. I waited over 1/2 hour in -25C. I called several times and only got voicemail. Finally texted her to see if she forgot about me?? I decided to leave to run errands and popped back to see if anyone was there. I was told Leanne was sick...then it turned into a family emergency and she had no phone to contact me. Not sure what the real story is but at some point at least a text would have been warranted. Will not recommend this place to anyone....the girl I decided to get my lash lift done has said she has gotten a few clients now from Lashd because of the same situation.

terrible experience on multiple occasions. save your money and your dignity and go somewhere they will actually respect you as a person, especially for the price you’re gonna pay. rude, classless and an owner that reminds me of the annoying girl in high school who tried to be besties with everyone, then as soon as they arent around, start trashing them. i was last there weeks ago only to have my tech not speak a single word to me except when it came time to pay. go anywhere but here

First time customer, booked my appointment the day of for a wash, cut and style. I arrived 10 minutes before my 1:00pm appointment, was offered a refreshment and was having my hair washed by 12:55 and received a free hair treatment for having to wait". My hairdresser was the owner of the salon

It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, Krystle Russelle did an amazing job. I wanted natural lashes that made me look like I have long lashes naturally and she did just that. It was such a chill/relaxing experience. I highly recommend krystle and will be going back for my refills.

I was initially really impressed with the outcome of my microblading done. I had nothing but positive things to say about this service. The initial visit was positive and pleasant. My family and friends were really impressed with how good it looked. However, after attending my touch up appointment, I had noticed part of my eyebrow missing some ink. I put in a call to advise them of this but I waited for the swelling to go down as well as the red colouring to go away. I then contacted the shop to tell them of part of my eyebrow still missing some ink. Upon going in to show what it looked like, I was told that I would need to pay to have it touched up. I was not expecting this, given the fact that I already dished out over 500.00 dollars ....one would think that they would take more pride into the work they do and try and accommodate and fix the area missed. I guess this falls on me...but lesson learned for me. I will no longer suggest this place or promote this service and I will go back and tell my friends and family about their lack of commitment. I guess once they have your money, they don't care. Beware !

Macey is amazing at what she does. She makes getting your lashes done such a comfortable and relaxing experience. I also have never had lash retention like this from lash extensions. Highly recommended!

I am a regular LASHD client for eyelash extensions. I have heard horror stories from other places in town... I have never had an issue, and would book with any of the girls. Leanne did my brow microblading and it has been life changing. I have recommended so many others because I am so pleased. She is top notch!

The only place I’ll go for lashes and brows!! The girls love their work and it shows! Adding new services regularly, professional, sterile, welcoming environment!! I have complete trust in LASHD and absolutely love these girls!!
