Awesome grass roots track about a half hour from London. The track itself is not terribly challenging and could be ridden by beginners. With that said they do have larger jumps and whoops for riders of higher skill levels. They also support local racing which is a huge bonus. The biggest downside is the place becomes horrid in the rain, thankfully the track owners acknowledge this and update their social media frequently regarding track conditions.

Great place to ride,the track is always perfect,owners are really nice.And the track is easy to find and right off the 401 HWY.
