I went into this location for my first time today because my device broke and was looking for something new. I was greeted by Alec who was very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection in the store and Alec quickly helped me find everything I was looking for. I will definitely be shopping here again! Thank you for the great service Alec!

The owner and management of vip vape are so greedy and unprofessional. They hide in India while laughing at all of you who buy vapes for triple the amount they buy it for. I also addressed a health issue from the vapes and they told me it’s normal for the esophagus to burn but it’s not. All of you who vape will have damaged esophagus and possibly cancer as well. Who ever is reading this quit as soon. If you know who they are and how they deal with people you will never come back to this place again. Greedy and unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible experience on the three occasions I dropped in. Was sold a kit that didn't have the same components as listed online, batteries already had marking on it indicating it was used, juice cap was broken spilling everywhere in my bag. Incompetent staff that can't do anything apart from running the cash register. Staff even lies to me saying they are closing in 10 mins, which was a lie, there was 45 mins until closing, he just didn't want to deal with it. All staff there was high. Only shop here if you have no questions and need to feed your nicotine addiction. Literally the worst customer experince I have had in my life.

Each time i go there, the employees are always friendly, always smiling. They all have great customer service and seem to genuinely enjoy being there, which always gives me a bit of a boost after I leave. The prices are reasonable, and store has a pretty cool setup.

Today I got a vape from a clearance section.I asked the employee if it’s not expired or not.He said it is totally fine and when I tried it it was totally not good there was no flavour. I asked give me the the other one I’ll pay for the rest of the money. He denied it. Really had the worst experience as being the loyal customer from pas 1 year they still deal with us like that.It is not good at all.

First everyone who works here is high and unprofessional. Second, I got an irreversible illness from vaping. It’s easy to quit you just have to decide. I contacted the owner and he said it’s normal to feel that way. No one cares about you but yourself. All they care about is making money off these kids who are vaping blindly.
