Eastlink

I attended this location to ask questions about their TV bundles and automatic payments. I was referred to the Eastlink TV web page to set it up. I go to that web page and it automatically redirects you to the Eastlink mobile phone page. I call the 1800 number and get referred to the loyalty team.. I've been on hold for 1hr 30min and 25 sec... this has to be one of the worst experiences next to calling and airli e I've ever had.....

The supervisor in there is the rudest rep I have ever met in my life. Guess I'll be traveling to Charlottetown for now on

It's ok I jeered a print out of my bill they said they could not give me a print out I said that's ok I will find away to get a copy how much I pay I had a very soar eye I scratched the inside of my eye and could nee at all well I don't know how I drove there I'm feeling sad by this I was hoping she could of helped me I did find away I felt she was unfriendly normally when I go in to eastlink there very kind she was not my eye got worst after that I had to go to the hospital I had to rest my eye I never told her I bet she could see the state it was in I told her I want to go bk to virgin I asked if I could get data put on NY phone and she said not unless you get it here I was dunfounded with her comments have never been treated like that before she would not even answer the phone at the store I kept calling finally I went there but no help and was in pain

They're great... I have one phone with them and another with Koodo ... Eastlink service is better. I would leave Koodo and have both phones with Eastlink if they had Wifi Calling

Staff in very friendly and knowledgeable in their products and services. They also have a good selection of handsets and accessories. The plans they offer are reasonable price, but you are able to save more if you bundle the services.

Don’t know much about this specific location but definitely unhappy with Eastlink as a company and disappointed to know their headquarters are from my hometown. Been given false information, lied to, told I was I liar and hung up on. Will be canceling this service and not recommending them to my worst enemy. I will also be requesting all phone conversations. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

The service reps are very helpful. So that's great. The only caveat in my opinion is the lack of device options. But again, the service is excellent!
