The service was very good but I also went around 9:00 at night so there was not too many people the ice cream there is fantastic you cannot go wrong but it is a little pricey I guess you get what you pay for ☺️

Extremely courteous staff that goes the extra mile! They made me a custom gift basket for Mother's Day. They were extremely patient and you see the respect and passion that the staff has. Definitely will go back.

Insane variety of chocolates for dipped cones, all of which are delicious. Ice cream sizes are ridiculously large (but in a good way). They're kooky cones are unbelievable, the smores one is a personal favorite. Their ice creams are amazing, best strawberry soft serve I've ever had (only available in the summer sadly). I've even purchased their chocolate bars and truffles on numerous occasions and they have all been fantastic. Also, their hot chocolates are perfect for this frozen tundra.

It’s delicious! If you want a good ice-cream with many flavours come to Chocolat Favoris it’s the best! The staff is so nice when they make an error they apologize and remake what our order. Thank you

Dropped in for an ice cream. It was delicious! They have a great selection of chocolates. Displays are very nice. Nice atmosphere. Went in the afternoon, not too many people

FIVE !!!! Why? Because of their amazing taste, cute decoration, seating area inside and outside, huge variety of things to eat on their menu, reasonable prices, and so much more.We had a s’mores one. The vanilla ice cream inside our cone was sensational but that chocolate was delicoussssssssss. So think and tasty, also, I didn’t feel it heavy at all.I can’t wait to go back when I return to Canada!!
