My business partner and I have a very successful pressure and power washing company in BC and Alberta. The services, products and help at the Calgary branch has been outstanding. Michael in the sales office has been extremely helpful and follows up to ensure everything is working as designed and we are happy with the products which we use on a daily bases and Michael also works hard to make sure we understand all the equipment capabilities, specifications and price. Willie at the front desk has a vary expansive knowledge base and willing to share this to help maximize my companies ability to successfully grow with the right equipment. Brian in the shop ensures the work they do for us is completed as we wanted it and has always worked hand in hand with us and has gone over the top to complete the work on time and several times ahead of schedule.I will continue to use these folks at pumps and pressure in Calgary as they know my success will help generate their success. BUYER BEWARE!!THEY CHARGE A 50% RE-STOCKING FEE ON PRESSURE WASHERS, AFTER 3 - 5 MINUTUES OF USE!!I was going to purchase a Karcher G3500 OHT pressure washer on Friday, but i had 2 concerns:1) The unit was tall @ 31 in height (it needs to fit in / under a VERY specfic spot in my garage
