I was a little nervous before my first appointment, as I never had a massage before, but my doctor suggested I try massage therapy to help with my shoulder. As I arrived, Jolene was very polite and courteous. She took the time to understand where I was suffering pain, and created a massage treatment based on the information. She made she I was comfortable during the massage. After the massage was done, she taught me some exercises to do that would help with my shoulder problems.Ever since then, I have gone back every month and I very rarely suffer from pain in my shoulders, whereas it used to be almost a daily occurrence.I 100% recommend Jolene's services!
