Amazing customer service and follow up. I had the privilege of dealing with Darrell Kline at their NW office, and I was honestly blown away by his overall level of customer service and his friendliness in general. He took a serious amount of time to sit with me and explain things to me as a relative newcomer to precious metals. I will definitely be back, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Darrell to anyone looking to deal with honest and decent folk that offer an incredible value compared to online dealers, etc. Thank you Darrell!

Darrell is the man ! Incredibly kind and friendly. He truly cares about the people that walk through the door and takes time to diligently explain every step so you know what he’s actually doing. This is an easy business to be in to take advantage of people but that is not what Darrell or this company are interested in. If you are considering selling some jewelry take your business here !

Recently visited Canada Gold. Darrell made the experience very easy while sorting various gold and silver items. He explained the procedure in an understandable manner and gave a decent cash return. Darrell’s professionalism, expertise, and friendliness is much appreciated.

Well I had some silver plated items that we helped my father in law sell / get rid of. After calling the store I thought I might as well go in and see if there was any value in the items we had. After meeting Darrell the experience only got better. Darrell was patient and very thorough and looked at all of the 40 pieces I brought in. Originally he thought the value was around $10 and in the end after weighing and a proper inspection I walked away with $30. He could have easily gave me $10 and I was happy. True professional and honest dealings. I cannot wait to have to go again some day, thank you so much Darrell for making me comfortable and helping me keep my wife happy ;)

Andrew and Raj are both great to deal with. Sold stuff multiple times and Andrew has always taken the time to explain the industry, how things are tested, priced and what to watch out for. Highly recommend them.I will be doing more business with them in the future!

This place used to be the best to bring gold to, it still is if you don’t have to deal with the older guy. I don’t know if he’s misogynistic but every time I’ve dealt with him he’s rude and condescending. Whenever I would go there my heart would drop when he answered the door. It’s too bad because the rest of the staff have always been super nice and Andrew is amazing!

Dealt with Raj A, he was very professional and understood what I was looking for, he was patient with my questions and got me the best deal for what I wanted to buy. No pressure to purchase items I wasn't looking for.. highly recommend the Calgary south office.. ty.
