I hired this company to pursue a man who duped my company in to doing a Solar project at his ranch in Sundre Alberta. This private individual, who volunteers" for a Non Profit Organization named Aspen Ranch Canada

I guess I didn't pay my daughters school fees... I'm a single mom with no child support. My balance is maybe 100$... the people at this place are rude, inconsiderate and call at all hours from blocked numbers (which I don't answer). They also have no issues being unprofessional.

I engaged with Bison Credit Solutions to help recover some accounts that went unpaid with our agency. The process of getting started and getting our account setup was made easy by Jaylene and we have had a couple of collections already been successful returned. As a company ourselves, we never want to have one of our clients get to the point of collections, but it does unfortunately happen and I feel much better having Bison Credit Solutions helping us with the recovery process. If your looking for a credit solution company in Calgary as a business, Id highly suggest giving these guys a call based on the professional and successful experience I have had so far!

I hired Bison to collect money and they told me what their fees were and I agreed to go to them and signed a contract. After 2 days of them supposedly trying to collect the money owed to me, they told me that they didnʻt think it was possible to collect unless I sued the other individual in court and I would have to give them $700. I again agreed and gave them $700 to sue. Then, Sue was completely incompetent in court. It was beyond embarrassing. Fortunately, the case couldnʻt have been anymore cut and dry and the defendant admitted that he owed my company the money in court otherwise there was no chance I could have won the settlement. A week later, Sue stated the only way I could possibly collect the money was if I was to pay them another $2000 for a sheriff to seize the defendants property. I was not willing to do this because I was barely owed more than $2000 and if I paid that, even if I was able to get paid the money that was owed, the $2k plus $700 would have left me with nothing. When I talked to Jim, he told me that he didnʻt think that my case wasnʻt worth the effort that they had put in and he was losing money on me." This is the biggest joke of a company I have ever seen. Incompetent

Bison has recovered 90% of the accounts assigned to them for collection. They have collected accounts large and small, efficiently and effectively.I recommend them.

The most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life! They deserve 0 stars. Hire someone else ! They can’t do there job.

My company, Think Mechanical hired Bison to recover money for us on three occasions. In every single instance we were counter sued and had to go through the courts. In every single instance the defendant registered a counter suit. In every single instance they brought up how offended they were by our collections agency and half the reason we were in court was because they were so mad about it. So in every single instance we had to pay for all the court fees, waste our time and eventually settle for a portion of what was owed, often less than half, which is you add the time and fees, ends up being a negative.Then on the last bill we were contacted by Susan from Bison, we explained that obviously money is tight and we'd pay as soon as we could, she understood. As soon as we had the money, 2 weeks ago, we sent a check. Today we were just served notice BY BISON, suing us for money owed.Not only are they horrible at their job, they have no accountability to you, they make it harder for you and then WITHOUT WARNING they stab you in the back.DO NOT HIRE

Collecting is a difficult situation. Bison Credit Solutions came to my rescue and was successful. I recommend this company for their integrity and professionalism.

In my opinion anyone dealing with this company needs to BEWARE!!! I was taken to court by them today Sept 6th 2022 and I won . If your are truthful and state the facts you can win ….. even if Sue S fabricates and tells untruths . Today the little guy WON !!! If I could award them a double zero I would .

One star is a gift, but I had to click SOMETHING. This company is laughable. Rude and ineffectual. Complaints from debtors AND debtees alike. Don't hire them, don't pay them.
