Omg just signed up got there at 1 p.m. didn't get out till 3:45 p.m never did I ever wait that long ...not Impressed by them never going back thankfully coworkers actually came over to help

Wow, they've definitely earned their name! I hate dealing with new phones and contracts but they made it easy and low pressure. Harry really listened to me and answered all my many questions. He also helped me with setting up my new phone. Plus, I got some cool accessories as a bonus! Thanks so much.

My experience in getting new phone at this location is BY FAR the easiest, smoothest and hassle-free process I have ever had with a phone company. Usually when I go into a service store to get a new phone or upgrade, I get SO much information thrown at me and its overwhelming to try and decide what best fits my needs. Harry, who assisted me at WOW, was incredibly quick to find what best suited my needs, and provided me with an awesome deal to go with it. He was very knowledgeable in the service he was offering me, and I felt well-taken care of. I highly suggest checking out this kiosk and Harry to get your phone needs thoroughly taken care of.

Unfortunately don’t remember the name of the guy that helped me but he was phenomenal. Overall a great experience from this place. Me and my girlfriend both got new phones and new plans and somehow got a lower monthly bill with new phone on the plan, our prior phone plan had no phone and was more expensive. Definitely recommend these guys.

Terrible service by the Manager-Suki and the team especially Nav... I am most dissapointed in the service or should i say no service. I have called and visited over 15 times since November 2022 that I changed to Fido network and my in store credit of a Jabra 4 earpods has not been delivered. This is very horrible service. Do not go there!!!!

Just upgraded my phone - I was very impressed with the customer service here. They were friendly, knowledgeable and worked together to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. And I must say, ghey take care of returning customers really well. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new phone. Thank you for your help today guys!

Very good service from Harry Maan.walked me through my current Rodgers plan, helped me get the best deal on a new phone and plan,then went further gave me some free items available and helped set up the new phone.As a senior I was thankful.
