Very bad experience, worst attitude I’ve never seen

The washroom is conveniently out of service all the timeThey have noWindshield washing buckets or squeeze availableAnd the person behind the teller is of no use at all

Hi was just stopping for a little gas. No problem went smooth.

Had an old esso card with points for a free carwash but they are no good unless they are on an optimum card.

It's a 7-11, gas station and car wash ...

Reports fake fuel amounts on diesel to attract customers.I've been back here 4 times because the Gasbuddy app and Google Maps report a .30 cent lower price on diesel.It's never been that price. I've updated the price on Gasbuddy to be a good citizen, and the next day, it has been changed back to the lower price.Clearly, someone who stands to benefit keeps posting false prices. I'm probably just going to boycott the Esso's in town personally just because of the dishonesty. It's happens at the quadra mckenzie location as well.Maybe there is some Esso membership. I don't have to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it would still be deception.

I truly enjoy coming here in the mornings to be greeted by a friendly face and a smile.The last time I was here, I felt so bad for the counter person who had to deal with a long line of angry, impatient customers that have gone back to crowding into the tiny convenience store. Why do owners think one person can do this job alone?Better training is required as this person had to call a manager/supervisor for several problems, clarification, procedure advice they should have known but didn't. I had planned on buying a few in store food items but changed my mind, paid for my fuel at the pump and left. I haven't gone back since.I miss the morning woman, Jeena. Awesome customer service, always friendly, always smiling even if her day has not been the most stellar!

Stop using fossil fuels and even stop driving cars in the city in general when you can walk or city transit
