I rented Danton Manor Apartment and this is my first rental experience in Edmonton and am really happy to got good quality service from Rani Patrick. who gave me the best space for me as per my need and wants. I approach through Mayfield contact number. in a first conversation I felt like very confident to move through Rani Patrick. She showed me so many apartment as per my request. I really like her service , politeness , helpful and listening our needs and wants as per that she moved forward to show me the apartment. She answering our calls and messages all the time even its not her working hours. She care the people mostly and giving better quality service to us and doing her duty very perfectly. I rented Danton Manor. The manger Rani helped me to rent with in a day. Customer service is awesome with smiling face. She is very nice , soft spoken and very friendly. I rented Maple Leaf apartment. Manager Rani helped me a lot. Building and the apartment is very cleaned and well maintained. She is patient and helpful. Very smart and hard working person. Definitely I'll recommend to my friends. She is the best forever and I never seen a person like her.

Extremely disappointed with the aftermath of moving out. We had sent photos of the damage to walls before we had even decided to move out, and we’re told it would be around 200 to fix, because they’re easy and take no time. Great!We were charged almost 600.00 for damages. Hm that’s not quite what we were told..We also were told if we did our own move out clean that we would only be charged for half the regular cleaning as they wouldn’t have much to clean. Amazing. We did the full clean minus behind the oven.We were charged 220.00 for a full cleanThey didn’t send us our damage deposit until a month after moving. They legally only have 10 days to send it out but we were patient. Again, we only got half of our damage deposit back. But, Unfortunately this cheque won’t even deposit!Not only were we charged insane amounts, we never got a receipt for each charge. There is no shot our few scrapes on the walls cost 600 dollars. We only lived there 8 months. Ridiculous

I have been living in the building from last 2 years and I love the place. They maintain everything so well but they take long time to send maintenance. My apartment’s maintenance is always done by Francis and he really nice and handles everything very well. He very polite and kind. He came to fix tap once but fixed everything that need to be done. 5 stars for him but manger takes so long and don’t even answer any call or messages.

I’m a new renter at Danton Manor and working with Rani to get this suite has been awesome. She’s so kind and answers all my questions. Very excited to be living and renting with her and at Danton Manor.

The management is so bad! I'm living in Southwood Arms from June 1 and it's the worst experience! I opened 5 work orders and nothing were fixed until now! The property manager doesn't answer not calls, not messages! The dishwasher doesn't work! The flooring needs to be replaced! The glass in the window is broken! The carpets are dirty and manager answered that it's just old! I will never recommend this company to noone!

My Building manager Rani Patrick is a very good person. When she took over the building she start to fix all the issues. I noticed that building main door lock was replaced and post box unit as well. I requested a few issues to complete. As per my request she done everything. she is very supportive and thank you very much to help all the tenants.

I am living in Maple Leaf past 2 years. Our manager Rani is awesome and doing great job. We are happy to have a wonderful manager like Rani. Great woman and fix the problems immediately. Very sincere and dedicated manager. We all love you Rani and always want to see your smiling face. That’s why we are happy.
