I've purchased more properties then anyone I know. I've used many companies over the years but Ancore Appraisals Inc is the Golden Standard in my opinion. The appraiser showes up exactly on time, every time. He meets all timeframes given. His reports are thorough and complete. His evaluations are always exactly on point with where they should be. He's incredibly knowledgeable. He always shows up well turned out and is incredibly professional to deal with. Don't waiste your time and money going to another company and get a piece of mind knowing the biggest investment in your life is in good hand.

Ancore Appraisals Inc
I've never gone through with an appraisal and needed one for the sale of my house. I called Ancore, spoke with Brad, and set up a time the very next day. Brad arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me as he walked through the house during his assessment. Brad's service is well priced and payment was a breeze. A few days later I had Brad's report and was absolutely floored by how thorough it was. It is evident Brad takes pride in his work and the details in his evaluations. I'm happy with the service provided and if I need an appraisal in the future, it'll be through Ancore Appraisals.
