I liked this store ive been shopping there for years on and off. But they were not keeping count of how many people entered the store. They were not enforcing social distancing. I didn't really feel safe. So when too many people came in i left the store. I was really disappointed with this store. They can do way better to protect their customers..profit over people's health NOT cool..

Just last week. Don’t buy electronics, clothing items, pant belts from this store. False labeling on products like Genuine Leather. It is cheap and fake. Junk quality. They will not exchange or refund bad purchases. Just, “I am sorry, I am sorry.” BBB ought to do something about the business practice from this place. Also years ago I went into the store.The lady was helpful but not very friendly but stern and direct. No smile. What customer service. I finally go to checkout and the ice cube personality acts like she is angry at me for some unknown reason as she gave me my change and then says sternly, Next

Came in here to look for something, I came here before Dollarama hoping if they had it I wouldn't need to go all the way to the other side of the plaza...I looked around the store and they didn't have what I was looking for so I was just going to head out.. The person at the front looked at me like why did you come in if you weren't buying anything..."WELL if you had what I was looking for I would have bought it ...."

This privately-owned variety shop is compact and a challenging to get around given its organization - everything appears in seemingly random locations. Finding staff to help can be tricky (that the cashier is always staffed is a plus, though) and not all items tend to be labelled. Prices are not ideal compared to some competing stores elsewhere in the mall, but that is not too surprising. I would come here as a last resort, but not if I was tight on time.

Store owner is unfriendly. I walked in and nodded my head to him and he just stared at me. When I approached the counter to pay he didnt even say hello or nothing. A course in customer service wouldn't hurt.
