I was a patient of Dr. Ryan Lacoursiere in 2015 and I have to file a complaint to the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan for the treatment Ryan Lacoursiere gave me. Ryan told me I needed an expander along with invisalign for my orthodontic needs. I told Dr Ryan Lacoursiere I was only looking to get braces (brackets and wires) and Dr Ryan Lacoursiere told me he wanted to extract one tooth if I wanted to do braces. I was 15 and I thought that made sense. Once I paid for my scan Dr. Ryan Lacoursiere changed my treatment plan without consulting my parents. Ryan pressured me to get four tooth extractions done and he got my dentist to do the extractions. This was upsetting and I let him know I didn't want to do that because it was not the treatment plan I had agreed to. Ryan Lacoursiere got angry with me and told me he would not begin my treatment until I got my extractions done. Ryan told me if I didn't pull my teeth I'd be delaying treatment. I let my dentist extract my teeth. By the end of my treatment Dr Ryan Lacoursiere gave me a class 3 malocclusion on one side of my teeth and on the other side a class 2 malocclusion leaving and asymmetry in my bite. The results of Dr. Ryan Lacoursiere's treatment left me in unbearable pain. I told him I knew what he did wasn't right and told him I was going to see a different orthodontist. Dr. Ryan Lacoursiere got angry and said he would have to make a referral for Orthognathic surgery. I declined his referral for surgery. I seen a new orthodontist and they let me know I did not need Orthognathic surgery and they did not recommend it. I was relieved. Orthognathic surgery was not necessary and neither was my four tooth extractions. I strongly encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to file a complaint to the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan and I strongly recommend you request your treatment records from this doctor to make sure you have chance to dispute anything he may be making false records of. This Dr. was supposed to use an expander for my treatment in order to expand my jaws and create more space for my crowding. Instead he extracted four of my teeth before I was allowed to bond my brackets and he closed my spaces with powerchains presenting me with a lot of problems with my teeth and bite. Dr Ryan Lacoursiere and others tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with my teeth because they were straight but that was not true. I needed orthodontics else where, after I was done here, to fix what this doctor did to me. Do not fall for this guys tricks.

Love this place. Super accommodating for all of our family members, all ages. Lots of fun nerdy stuff around the office. Makes a lot of ortho work go so much easier. Staff is very friendly and open.

WOW! I cannot say enough good things about Image. Dr. Ryan and his staff made my teeth dreams come true, with an Invisalign treatment plan that worked perfectly for me. From the very beginning, I explained what I wanted and the Image team made it happen. I could not be more thrilled with my results. Extremely professional and friendly environment, highly recommend.

Dr. Ryan is wonderful! He works hard to make sure you are 100% happy with your smile. I appreciate his attention to detail. After all, we are paying thousands of dollars for the perfect" smile. The dental assistants are all very wonderful. Everyone at the clinic seems to enjoy working there and are usually very friendly. My only wish for the clinic would be that they had extended hours

I spent 9 years of my life coming to Image. My journey of braces started back in 2012. Although I didn't start with Dr. Ryan from the start, I am beyond grateful for what him and his team did for me. My jaw was rather complicated and filled with surgery after surgery. What was supposed to be one surgery that turned into multiple others. Something that was supposed to be 3-4 years of my life turned into 9. Although Dr. Ryan was not the one who started with my jaw he took on the role to help me get my smile back along with the determination of his team.With the prior orthodontist there was a lot of work to be done on my jaw. Dr. Ryan along with his team were nothing but patient and understanding with my feelings and frustration. There were a lot of bad days were things took a turn for the worst with my jaw; their patience and understanding with the situation I was given was very much needed.They made the worst circumstances comfortable and were patient when I was upset and frustrated. They dealt with my tears and frustration appointment after appointment.My jaw was a work of art needless to say but with the help of Dr. Ryan and his staff, they brought my smile back for me. When Dr. Ryan took over we came to the conclusion that I would need a tooth implant and it was not the outcome any of us were looking for. Their hard work and efforts brought me my smile back, I honestly wasn't sure if I would ever get a smile back that I would be happy with. The day I got those braces officially removed we all cried a few tears together. They were always rooting me on and giving endless support through it all. Having a team that can give you the best care and be so invested is so important. Knowing they strived for what was best for me, they went above and beyond.The receptionist Natalie was with me from the very start and she is amazing at her job. It was always lovely to see her at every appointment and have her do her job so well. She's very kind hearted and caring.To Fay, Dixie, and Kayleigh the orthodontists assistants that worked on my jaw the most, thank you. To the many others I saw and had gotten the chance to bring back my smile, thank you.To Dr. Ryan, Thank you. You went above and beyond taking over my care. There are no words for how grateful I am for what you did for me. You did an amazing job with your skills and expertise. You spent countless of hours and appointments bringing me my smile back.If you are looking for a orthodontist to go to, I highly recommend Image Orthodontics. For someone who spent 9 years at this office I had a lot of time to get to know the staff and have them work on my jaw. Amazing!! Great team, fast moving, never had to wait for an appointment. Everything was great, very happy with my teeth!!

I recently became a patient at Image for Invisalign. So far I have nothing but positives things to say about this place and the people. The staff are awesome (shout out to Kayleigh for taking my scans and Rochelle for explaining how reimbursement works through benefits). Also a few rooms are Harry Potter themed!
