The staff showed exemplary care and knowledge while going through the process with all the documents required in relation to the government documents such as the death benefit. They were very helpful in filling out the forms for me. Thank you.

Took care of all necessary documents!

The staff were the coldest people I’ve ever met. They don’t care about the family morning. They only care about the money. They made many errors including wrong date on the death certificate and issued two death certificates with two separate dates on it. The staff there made several errors on other documents including CPP death benefit. These errors include wrong county(England instead of Canada) boxed checked off that shouldn’t have been. They wanted me to just sign the paperwork without reviewing it. They prepared the package for the CPP death benefit and they where going to take it to service Canada for me. I insisted I would do it myself. Once at service Canada the staff said I didn’t have the proper documents. London cremation service prepared the package and did not include a death certificate (luckily I had one) and they included a copy of the funeral invoice that was not valid ( only a certified copy or sealed copy is accepted). Please beware, I do not recommend this place to anyone.
