I have been shopping at this lovely hidden gem in Victoria for 15 years and love going in there. There are millions of amazingly interesting items. Pens from all over the world, high end clothing for men, watches, socks...you name it. If you want to find the perfect gift is the perfect place. The prices are fair for what you get. If you want quality you need to pay for it. Something that people in Victoria are not usually willing to do.For the special item for the special person or yourself I would recommend trying this store. The owner is friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I've shopped in this store many times over the last 20 or so years. Always an interesting and eclectic selection of products - many times there is nowhere else in the city or area. Today I was looking for a compact travel-ready beard brush in genuine boar's hair. Sure enough they had one that I was happy to buy, in addition to an assortment of beard grooming accessories. I have to give them 5 stars for that.

This is THE place in Victoria to go if you're a fan of Fountain pens. The owner is beyond the simple ranks of knowledgeable. His ability to call on his internal catalogue is more akin to wizardly. The collection is outstanding, and very much makes you feel like you're at a personal Pen show. I can promise this is a place worth frequenting. If you're in the Market for fine pens.

Beautiful store stocked with excellent accessories. This place definitely carries items you won't find elsewhere in Victoria. Hugo Boss galore in this store, with high-quality accessories I didn't even know Boss produced. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I would also give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service, both over the phone and in person. I really needed a pen engraved and for whatever reason, this seems like the only place in or near downtown Victoria that has general engraving services. He’s basically the only game in town, knows it and acted like it when I balked first at the price (39$ for five characters), then later at the fact that I wouldn’t get a receipt while my pen was sent away (that’s right, he doesn’t even do the engraving himself). “It’s either that or you can go elsewhere...”, both of us knowing that “elsewhere” didn’t exist.This shop might have good merchandise, but I couldn’t tell through the thick cloud of arrogance and general unpleasantness exuded by the clerk/owner (?).

Great experience that is certainly worth the extra bit you will pay. The lads were having a great time inside, and they'll give you a recommendation that will save you an unneeded purchase.The owner is a fantastic salesman -- would hire the man in an instant if he wasn't already running a successful shop.

Store owner was rude and mansplained about Lamy pensHe simply was not aware of the special edition Azure that rolled out this year. Guess they are trying to sell their old stocks.
