Real hit or miss. Prices are better than most other suppliers though.Can be slow at times. No such thing as a quick stop in for supplies or parts and if you call, wait times can be ridiculous.

so, I can't really write a review because I have just spent the last 2 hours on hold. This company holds you hostage, they sole source the product and then do not answer their phones? Thank god I have 2 furnaces or we would freeze to death. Thanks Lennox!

I just started working in the area, 15 years previous experience and I have NEVER had as many bad experiences with a supplier as this. Months and months to get critical parts with constant stories and lies about time frames. Even when the part does arrive they won't let you know, even after specifically asking to be notified and told that they would. When confronted about it the line becomes, Our system doesnt work like that." Lost orders

Wasn't able to walk in and pay cash. You need a gas ticket to buy parts. Luckily I knew a person with an account who let me purchase the items I needed. Staff was helpful and got me the exact piece I needed when my furnace was broken.

I bought a garage unit heater from them, the box had a small dent on the side that I didn't think was large enough to dent the actual unit inside. However after getting home and opening the box there was a small dent on one panel of the unit. When I tried to get an exchange or at least a new panel for the side of the unit they were very disrespectful and said I caused the damage and would not help me at all. I can live with the dent, its not that big or noticeable. But I will never use Lennox again after this experience.

I came in to purchase a blower motor for my Lennox furnace, they wouldn’t sell me the part. They had no problem selling two furnaces, but won’t sell the replacement parts. I suppose n the next time I need a furnace it will not be a Lennox.

Johnson, Hussain and the newer gal are all friendly and welcoming. Even when they’re up to their eyeballs in customers, they’re really good at greeting me when I first come through the door as I near the counter.

After being referred to them for a belt I needed for my furnace they would not sell one to me because I didn't have an account. They are strictly a wholesaler.I'm talking a $7.20 part. I was there at 7:30 a.m.. The belt broke sometime through the night. House was pretty cold.

Staff is friendly and helpful but being a contractor from out of town I need to wait on the phone. Sometimes for 30 minutes or more to talk to someone. Who has this kind of time? If I didn't need Lennox specific parts I wouldn't shop here.
