It's the best clinic I have visited! I go to there do a pcr test for my international travel. Because my mistake, the date of my test is later than others, and I’m so worrying about the result. The doctor said he will call me when the result is out and he really do it. I am so appreciate the doctors do this.

很失望。本来已经不需要到指定机构测试了，因为航班被取消等等原因多次改变预约，以及中文微信客服服务不错，所以没有取消然后到离家最近的地方测试。然而测试第二次的时候被告知想要及时拿到结果需要加急，这就是明抢了。

I came here for a nucleic acid test with my friend half a year ago. An Asian woman at the counter has an outstanding service. Not only does she handle the procedures quickly and do things delicately, but she also has an excellent tone. After the test, she also called to help my friend follow up. The report is very professional and friendly. Today, when I made an appointment with my mother for a nucleic acid test, the counter was replaced by a blond white woman with a horrible attitude. She spoke impolitely and asked unanswered questions. She also assumed a superior posture. Although the work efficiency of this clinic is very high, hiring people with such a bad attitude will break the excellent reputation. Please watch out for this kind of staff who should not exist in a professional clinic.

We came here yesterday for the PCR test, everything was so smooth and no need to line up. I did the same day test and got the results in few hours later. But until late night I found out our name on the test were wrong ( last name turned into first name ) I was so worried because it was 9.30pm and I didn’t expect they could respond to my email soon. However I got the answer instantly from a lady named SARA with the contents “ I will correct it and send back to u within 30 mins” Wow, I feel release my stressful. She made my day. I got the revised one in only 10 mins. Really appreciated for her job! Highly recommend this place for u guys.
